Angels Care Home Health

In our experience, they make appointments to come to your home, have you wait around, and then never actually show up. They will not call or notify you if they are not coming for any reason. If you call during the time of the appointment and ask them to show up, they say that's unreasonable and that you can't expect someone to show on time or even an hour late for the appointment . Rescheduling is a pain and not considerate of other people's work schedules. Service is rude and a waste of time and money. The people in need of at-home care deserve better. It's heartbreaking.

Casey is the bestest nurse EVER!!! She comes does her job properly and leaves with a smile inder her mask!! Absolutely wonderful!!

I'm excluding a couple of nurses in this organization other than that I was discharged from service because I had to go to motor vehicle I have Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and I'm sick couldn't get the motor vehicle on in May because of my cancer so had an opportunity to go and I went and it was on the time when they were supposed to draw my blood the higher-ups in this company found out and discharged me unfairly because I had to go to motor vehicle

Terrible service. Only had a nurse come see my resident once, no aides ever seen him and it was hard and took awhile to get his pain meds up'd. I would not recommend them.

Ive seen this company support local businesses all around and reaching into the community. Their staff are always great to talk to and so professional! Very caring!
