        Friday, September 8th. Driving to work, eastbound on Kellogg at 6:20 am. A car enters at Webb Road, moves to the center lane behind me and proceeds to ride so close on my tail that I can't even see his headlights. I flashed my brake lights, slowed to 40 mph, sped up to 60 mph and he persisted in tailgating. There was NO traffic impeding him from passing me. At 143rd street he turned south and I saw the interim health care lettering on the car. PLEASE TEACH YOUR PEOPLE TO DRIVE!
