        Encompass Hospice has had a 100% turnover in staff since we entered their care program. Scheduled visits and staff seem to change constantly. Knowledge transfer between nurses has been poor. Some nurses dont wear masks or gloves, and a few forget to order meds and supplies. There is absolutely no tracking method in their medical supply chain. Patient records have gaps in vital information and in our case some records are missing. I would not recommend them to anyone.
