Lids

I used to love going there but the last time I went spend over $100 and they messed up A hat they were doing for me so they grabbed other one to fix what they was doing to the hat and they grabbed hat size and now I cant take back when it was there mistake

Monica and Justin helped me out. I went to get hats for my kids and they got me set up. All 3 got a new hat with their names in glow. They were very helpful and kind. First time I had works not mad at my autistic son for having a break down in store. They just helped calm him down and give him all the time he needed to pick his hat out.

Almost cant even believe what I just experienced. Walked in to return a hat, with receipt and when I told them what I was doing they smiled.said nothing and looked back down at their phones without responding to meand then when I said so can I return it?.the girl working there had the most rude attitude and she talked to me like I was an idiot..and then told me I have to take it to the actual Lids I bought it from..and then she just went back to looking down at her phone. She offered no solutions and just rudely went to ignoring meit was a bald guy and a girl in there working. BOTH on their phones and both were irritated I wanted to return something???..I will never be shopping at Lids again and the word will be spread on how bad the service is there. That girl working there was just ridiculous and the guy couldnt say anything probably from the bloodshot eyes and grin, he was too stoned to do so. That was just pathetic.
