        The staff was very rude & unprofessional! Also, the hats were so unorganized with so many different styles crammed in behind the next. With the blank hats, you'd literally have to empty the shelves if the one you wanted isn't in the very front.

        Went in to have a custom embroidered hat and AJ was super helpful. Took time to help me get the right design and my hat turned out great!! Ive had quite a few compliments on the embroidered design. The store was quite busy and their selection of styles and teams was much better than other hat stores Ive been in previously.
