I had never heard of Gerber, but State Farm had me use this shop for my repairs after a neighbor struck my parked auto. Gerber got the quote done quickly and ordered in parts while we waited for approval.
I dropped the car off after the green light and parts arrived, and even after finding additional damage (and having to order those parts) got it to me in under a 10 days.
Not happy with the run around at State Farm (took a few days to get my rental a their system indicated I needed to get the damage quoted - only for me to tell them I dropped it off and then they figured it out. Was a whole ordeal and I would never recommendthat insurance to anyone), but Gerber is a 15/10.
Honest about times and getting me through the process, dealt with insurance for me which was good because State Farm was making me angry, and took really good care of me and answering my questions when I'd call in. Wish I could rate above 5 stars, you deserve it. Highly recommended by me.

Lady at the desk was really nice and helpful. Waiting to see how they do with my daughters car after a bad accident.
