Supercuts

This place was completely awful. I had hair down to the middle of my chest, showed a picture of what I wanted. Something that just went down to the top of my shoulders, some layers.easy enough. Apparently your chin is your new shoulders and the layers dont even match up on each side. My hair is so short now I cant even put it in a ponytail. So thanks for bringing my insecure spots wide out into the open and I cant even look in a mirror without feeling disgusted with how I look. Oh.fyi to the manager going through a divorce because your employees like to talk about you and your situation..find a good attorney

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a scheduled appointment for 4pm. I went in and waited. After about 2 minutes someone steps away from the customer they have been working on. They asked did I have an appointment, and I said yes. I told them who my booking was with Ashten. I was told that on the screen they had it didn't have a stylist. I then took out my phone and showed them that my booking was indeed Ashten. The person I talked with went over to Ashton and was silently talking with her, and Ashton said whatever loud enough for me to hear. The lady then said she was doing a color and won't be be able to do it, but they have another stylist in the bathroom. After being rudely talked to twice I had enough and walked out. Bring in the military you keep your appointments. I will not have another experience there again, because I will not be going back

Ashten did amazing on my color, cut, and style! Ive never had an experience like the one she gave me. I left more beautiful than Ive ever felt and all I can say is a big thanks to her. Ashten worked with me and my sensitive skin more than anyone Ive ever been too. Ill definitely be back again!!
