Love Katie Domme's skills! She is a very genuine person who listens to her client. Getting lots of complements on my hair. That's a first in 10 years of living in KS. Go see her!

The stylist, Ashley Reardon, stood me up, then called 15 minutes later with a ton of excuses, asking me to turn around and come back to the salon (I waited 10 minutes before I left, and nobody asked me to stay, told me to have a good day, or even acknowledged that I was leaving). I did not go back, because I find that to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. A half hour later, I got a text that I had been marked a "no show." Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, and I'm honestly guessing I dodged a bullet by avoiding the hair cut--if that's how you treat new clients, I doubt you're a whiz behind the chair.
