        Love coming here. One of the few hardware stores where the employees can actually help you and know what they're talking about. I've never had a bad experience. My 6 year old loves it as well, most likely due to the quarter the employees give her for a gumball.

        Refused to cut a key for me, stated they were capable but not willing to. It's a shame when a customer comes in for assistance and they just choose not too.

        I went there to get help getting a thermocouple for my heater and with all the people working in there no one would even give me the time of day!! Im really disappointed cause I used to love that store but somethings happened and its not for the best . I dont know what good its going to do to stock the shelves if they run away all the people that shop there but maybe they dont care if they dont have a job who knows!!

      Hello Travis, I am sorry we about the situation. The Key you brought was not the keys we carry as I tried explaining the machine scans a barcode on keys we order from our vendor. If you would like still I can order one in for you like I had explained. There is just not a way for us to actually charge you when it comes to cutting a key from outside of our key's we order from our vendor, as cutting the keys is free when purchased from us.
