I was in the middle of a conversation with a case worker that was doing their best to explain issues with my case not his fault. When a supervisor came into the room and told me I had to leave and was telling the case worker to end our conversation. Because they where now closed. She was very rude and unprofessional pushing the fact that I needed to leave. So, I told her ok and left with questions that where not answered. She basically did not care that I was in a interview and waited 3hrs in the office to be interrupted and cut short, That was end of story. Me and my five kids thank you for your poor attitudes if you don't like your job, (and she had a bitter attitude to others also) maybe you should let someone who cares have it.

Can't go in to speak with anyone have to call in I've been on hold for almost 5 hours and as soon as 1om hit my call was disconnected and told they stop taking calls at that time

DCF has a worker that uses their mandatory reporter to pick and choose and makeup whatever allegations against whom ever they have an issue with that day and drag innocent families and children through the system when they could be out there actually helping kids who are being abused. Not only when i had to go in person to find out who her boss was, I emailed her boss and got ZERO response, asked again for her supervisors and got ZERO response. Someone got ahold of me nearly a month later assuring me it was being taken care of but could not tell me what her repercussions were for her actions. How do I know she wont keep doing this? How do I know she wont come and hurt my child because she didnt get her way? I brought this to sooo many peoples attention and have gotten ZERO answers. I will be going to media with this, people need to know this is how the local dcf office handles situation like this, and tried to hide it and keep it hush hush.
