Kansas Public Employees Retire

Every time I call or have to go to the building, everyone is helpful. I never have to wait long to be seen. They do their utmost to help me. When someone says theyre going to call back, they actually do. Life is so hard and when people try to help you, its just a little less stress you have to deal with.

I can't give them 5 stars. You know why? Cause when you call, you can't even get in contact with anyone! Even during their business hours (in which I called at 3:00 in the afternoon, and they don't close until 5). They either give you the answering machine, which tells you to go online, or they just hang up on you. What do you do if you don't have an account with them anymore and you just need their address for a rollover? How frustrating. If my poor review isn't enough, just read all these other reviews. I really feel bad for some of these people...

Through no fault of my own Im now disabled. I was told that I had disability insurance and would receive payments to compensate my loss of employment. So now I get $100.00 per month to compensate me losing yearly salary of $32,000.00 wow what a joke!
