No communication and unnecessarily slow. Youve got to be kidding me!

I have never experienced this kind of BAD customer service with anyone. I was literally talked to like I was not a human being and also threaten about my license. In this day in time nurses are needed everywhere and I simply called and asked questions regarding a Kansas licensed. It was very hard to keep it professional but Im a child of God and he always favors his people. After being talked to like I was the ground that lady walked on I still got off the phone with a smile! I couldnt let her ruin my day but I definitely will NEVER call this place again! Its sad that the reviews almost say the exact same and they are definitely TRUE! Im really disappointed, shocked, you name it!!! WOW!!!

My experience with KSBN has been great! The first time I left a message and my call was returned same day. The second time I called and spoke with a pleasant individual who answered all my questions and was a wonderful resource! Cindy K. RN, BSN

Kansas board of nursing has pocketed my money twice in attempts to apply for a compact nursing license. Things out of my control! Refused a license because the police dept did not take a copy of my driver's license when obtaining finger prints. The police dept even reassured me driver's license was not needed even after handing it to them. This has happened to me twice $400+ gone.

If you like rude, dismissive, unhelpful people, congrats! You've come to the right place! You can tell this place is screwing people over left and right, given the snarky email RaeAnn Byrd sends out. I used to go to the DMV or the Topeka title office to get my "fill" of frustrating experiences, but this place is far above and beyond those places. They nailed it! The combination of disgruntled employees, zero communication, terrible website, and failed licensing system make for a great time! Don't change a thing Nursing Board, you've made it!
