The absolute worst customer service I have ever experience. I have been in contact with this company a dozen times in order to receive medical records. After two months of waiting, I was told today that my request for medical records was canceled and sent somewhere else...to another hospital. The receptionist uncomfortable laughed at me when I became panicked and asked why and how, she could not provide any answers and stated "I will speak to my boss and she will get to it when she can". I do not recommend this company to anyone.
