      image Bought three color cartridges for a HP C6180 today, 11/6/12. Upon using 45 minutes later, the magenta light magenta cartridge indicated damaged. Calling the store, the manager's best solution was for me drive clear across town and exchange it. No further solution or refund was offered, because he is "trying to run a business." Well I am trying to "run a personal life" without having to burn gas all over town on a product that could have been tested in 5 seconds by the store prior to handing them out to customers. The manager further stated the circuit on the cartridge has a high defect rate; wouldn't that be even more cause to test the product prior to selling it??
