Boswer Johnson is a great Funeral Home to work with. All but (1) Family Member has went to this Funeral Home. They didnt rush through the Family Meeting, or when we didnt have all the paperwork, or time, they were very patience. I would recommend there Services, to any Family. Thank You for the Great Job, you did on our Dad, and Service.

I would not recommend this funeral home. The customer service was disjointed and staff clashed with our family members. We did not feel like they ever assumed responsibility for coordinating the funeral arrangements. Instead we were constantly calling with questions and reminders regarding the death certificate, transport of the body, funeral service planning and the obituary. Instead of diminishing my familys stress during our time of grieving, they added to it. Our experience was not worth the $11,000 we paid. I recommend the business be sold to a new owner who understands the importance of superior customer service.

I would not recommend. My family worked with this funeral home to service a deceased loved one this year. I am sorry to report that our experience was not a good one. Instead of feeling cared for, we felt like we were in charge of reminding them to follow through on details. Everything from getting the death certificate, planning the service and transporting our loved one, felt like a burden at a time of tremendous grief. Overall, the customer services were inconsistent and disorganized, and the funeral experience could've been better managed. The level of care we received did not begin to approach the $11,000 we paid. I recommend the business be sold to a new owner who understands customer service.
