They were recommended by a close friend who had used their services before. A friend had an appointment to say goodbye to her furry family member so we called to see if we could schedule a drop off and the man on the phone asked us to hold and asked another man working do you want to stay 30 minutes for a cat? where the man replied why the (profanity) are they calling so late and then they both proceeded to laugh and just hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional and disheartening considering the area of work and how sensitive the situation already was. We ended up arranging services with heavenly pets which were super kind and understanding.

The people at Angels Above are wonderful, compassionate people. They helped our family during a difficult loss of a family member. Their fees are very reasonable. We highly recommend their services and plan to rely on them again in the future.
