      image This place is a joke. The manager and I inspected the car before I left. There were no issues, so I signed my paperwork and left. Only to receive a call saying there's a dent in the car that wasn't there when I left. Now the manager put me on the do not rent list bc of something I didn't do. The dent could barely be seen

      image The building and vehicle was clean. The process to pick up and drop was easy. However, since the KTA removed the ability to pay tolls on certain exits along I-35, Hertz was apparently billed for a toll. Hertz then charged my credit card with no warning, which is okay, the issue I have is that they also took an additional admin fee. So until the KTA has their new tolling system fully operational, steer clear if youre traveling to Wichita unless you want to pay double on your tolls. Additionally, I find the practice of making up charges to be untrustworthy.
