        I checked in online hours in advance, 6 stylists on duty at that time, and also when I arrived. My time came and went, even though I showed on their screen as next in line. I was 30 minutes passed when 5 of the stylists finished with their clients, and still, I waited. I just canceled, walked out, and I'll go elsewhere. I don't care what time of day it is. Do better.

        I always receive a fantastic haircut, wash, hot towels, and massage. Our Topeka location is very easy to find with all the different routes to the location. My favorite product is the American Crew Fiber Cream for men.
