Very disappointed in the service or lack of. I booked an appointment online. I then took off work early to go to the appointment. I walk into the Walmart doors and noticed the doors to the salon closed. A lady came up to the gate and said she was tired and was closing early. No phone call and no warning to someone who drive 30 minutes to that location just to be turned away. I will not book at this location again! Very unprofessional!

Konnie is dedicated to giving her walk in or returning clientele services that exceed their expectations. After her pro consultation I was confident she could deliver results but WOW - the cut/ color/ highlight/ style took 20 years off my looks! Drab to FAB

Older woman that said she was trained differently 30 years ago in California really jacked my hair up terribly. She really needs to take an updated hair class on how to cut hair in 2023. She pulled the crown of my hair all in front of my face and chopped. Did not listen to me and what I wanted. I knew it was messed up and she kept trying to hide it by swooping my hair back. I have a mushroom cut with layers up to my ears. She gave me dog ears. I had to go get extensions put in because the cut is so bad. Looks like a bad mullet. She kept saying you want textured layers dont you and I said NO I want soft blended layers. I do not recommend her at all. Im so disappointed because my hair takes forever to grow back.
