        Do not care about their customers. They find every way imaginable to charge fees and then charge fees because THEY take money from your account. They are everything that's wrong with banking.

        Love their online app. Very easy to use and easy to access all the accounts individually. Let's me do online deposits and keep track if there's anybody accessing the account fraudulently. Even better is their customer service. I've banked with them for over 30 years and have stayed with them because of the extremely high level of customer service. It's efficient and friendly. Love this bank!

        I felt offended today making a deposit in my business account and depositing a personal payroll check, I see her get on the phone calling a customer of mine while Im waiting over 5min I understand if I was doing a withdrawal even if so, check the balance on my account.
