Ive had some bad banks, but this one takes the cut. They couldnt reverse a charge from another company. But when I ordered from Amazon and had enough money it was pending charge and reversed it and they cant help. Dont go to this bank!

Never been in a bank with employees so rude. Been in this bank last 4 weeks to cash my check now I need two forms of id? I have never heard of any bank requiring 2 forms of id for a check with an account for that bank. And to be so disrespectful its insane.

very rude teller inside reported give her personal info or could not withdraw my money.She did not say it was required by law. I told her she was something and she refused to serve me next teller attacked me saying I could not talk to her co worker that way. after 1/2 hour got money. manager would not help closed account except for small amount.
