Austin came out and did a tune-up. He was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was checking. I will definitely use Ladd for my future AC needs

During the frigid cold snap on 12/22-12/24, where temps were below 0, the motor went out on our furnace. After going without heat for 36 hours and the temperature of our house dropping to 50 degrees, I decided enough is enough. I called and spoke with Mike, the after hours technician and he came out two hours later. Within a few hours, our house was warming up and we were thawing out. I called several other companies and no one could come out for four days. We all had been sick with the crud that had been going around and didnt feel well. Being sick is bad enough but being sick and cold is a whole new level of miserable. I am thankful for the quick response and the availability of having Mike come out. We will be having Ladd come out in the spring to service our system before we turn on the AC Services: Heating system repair, HVAC duct & vent installation

They did such a amazing, wonderful job. They was efficient clean and very helpful. Their work was immaculate. I definitely tell everyone they should use them.
