I love Security Bank KC shawnee branch. Staffs amazing with explaining products. When I have to work with an accountant rep and my childs with me they have so many activities to help my little one entertained. Jennifer, Malinda, Omar, and Moon are always amazing. I love being greeted by name and asked how things are going with our new business.

We just opened our account at this west Shawnee location, and had the BEST experience. Amanda did such a great job of taking care of us, and explaining everything to make us feel comfortable. The branch manager, Jennifer, also made sure all of our questions were answered and made us feel like we were their most important client throughout the process. I have been back into the branch several times since we have opened our account, and every time the entire staff is beyond friendly. We could not be happier with our choice of banks, and I would highly encourage anyone else to join Security Bank as well!
