We were walk ins, didn't check in online. We both checked in with 3 online check ins ahead of us that weren't in store yet. We were the only 2 customers in store and there was a stylist available. After waiting about 10 minutes, we asked if it's not policy to take care of a customer who is in store and ready. We were told the online checkins are allowed their full time before they will take someone who is actually in store. The online person who was not in store had almost 20 minutes left, the available stylist was literally standing there, where we could see her, watching the other stylist cut someone else's hair. Needless to say, we left. We usually use the Legends location but they were closed today, never had that issue. At Legends once there was 8 people ahead of me when I walked in but none of them had arrived yet. They took me immediately, that's how to take care of customers. At the Shawnee Mission location, it was just laziness and not taking initiative.

I honestly love coming here and there's plenty around for after haircuts snacks. I used to be so worried that my hair was thinning and falling out, but my stylist is amazing and she explained that I actually have fine hair and a lot of it and how to take care of it better. Tori is amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a haircut. Great person through and through and even after the haircut I'm still happy with my hair.
