UPDATE: This CVS seems to have righted the ship. They have staffed back up and are again responsive and helpful. I'm glad they fixed their previous issues!
(Previous Post: This has been our pharmacy for years due to location, but weve had enough. Recently weve had doctors call in scripts that were needed day of, and NEVER filled. Also, they NEVER answer the phone, weve sat on hold for hours on multiple occasions. I know staffing is short but this is crazy.)

I transferred all of my prescriptions away from cvs because of this location. Incredibly slow and terrible pharmacy staff. I would often spend 30 plus minutes in line to show up for a prescription I was notified of being ready to be told its not available yet. I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star.

Had a sick kid and there were no appointments available. Thought we would see if we could maybe get a walk-in appointment. Dr. Cromwell squeezed him in between other appointments and was super friendly and thorough in checking out my son. So glad we came here and were able to get in.

The store is clean and well stocked. The new-ish DME section is nice. Overall, the store is well laid out inside and easy to navigate.
However, access to the store is a bit dicey. Half of the parking lot is one-way traffic, so you need to circle around the store to park there. This is not made visually obvious.
Inside, like many other stores, they are leaning heavily on self checkout. Most grocery stores have turned off the annoying loud voice prompts, but not CVS - it will loudly announce every purchase, and PLACE ITEM IN BAGGING AREA will repeat over and over again, no matter what you do.
Overall, 3/5. Fix the parking and ditch the stupid self checkout.
