Shawnee Station Apartments

This has been my home of 20 years and recently yet again there is a new office staff, now Im being evicted for non payment of rent but Ive paid my rent. Does anyone have any advice that could help me? The office doesnt respond to emails or phone calls and are never in the office during office hours. I use to love living here and now its hard to sleep because of stress from being evicted.

Unprofessional staff had an appointment at 1pm to view a unit to get there for a note to placed on door that there on lunch but everyone is in the office and wont answer the phone of come to the door. Had to give my info to a maintenance person that was helpful to come to the door and explain. Worst first impression

Today I went to Shawnee Station for a tour and I was greeted by the staff with such great energy and good vibes!!! Which Made me REALLY COMFORTABLE from the start!! The leasing manager D was amazing! He had awesome energy and personality, as well as the rest of the staff I'm really looking forward to making this community my next home!!

ive been trying to get in contact with anyone from the leasing office for weeks to get stuff sorted out for my lease. Was told someone was working on something and it has been radio silence since. near impossible to get ahold of anyone.
