Horrible! I booked the king suite, which was described as sleeping 4, with a king bed and a pull out sofa. When we arrived, we discovered that the sofa does not turn into a bed. I went to the front desk to ask the lady working and during our conversation I didn't get hardly more of a response than "mmmmm, yeah, ok". They have no roll away beds, and couldn't switch me to a different room. So I had 4 people, a king bed, and a sofa. I asked if she could send a bunch of blankets and pillows to the room since there weren't any except what was on the bed. Again I got a "mmmmm, k", and nothing else but her staring at me. The customer service was terrible! We eventually received 2 small lightweight blankets and 2 pillows which wasn't even close to enough to make 2 more beds (one on the floor and 1 on the couch) so I ended up running to wal-mart to purchase more. The room is also dirty and falling apart. The TV in the living room doesn't work, there is no handle to the balcony so once we opened it we couldn't get it closed again. The balcony is just an outdoor space that stares directly into concrete. Cannot see anything but concrete. The balcony door is glass with no curtain, so the person on the couch had a street light shining on them all night. Refrigerator didn't work. Leg on sofa chair was broken. And to add insult to injury there was hair on the towel I went to dry my face with. I was with 2 teenagers and a child, as the sole adult. So I had to take care of them and rectify this the best I could. This trip was supposed to be a fun over-night at a local hotel near stuff to do. Instead, it was a trip I regretted taking. Stay elsewhere! Trust me! Rooms: King suite only sleeps 4, no pull out sofa. Room falling apart.

Worst hotel experience Ive EVER had. They are racist and only want to swindle you out your money. DONT BOOK HERE. They will harass you !

The worst hotel Ive ever been to. Staff is so rude and I was told I wasnt welcomed and would never be able to book again. They said I was kicked out for loud music and the tv was on volume 10!!!!! I was charged 500 they said they found marijuana and me and my guest dont even smoke !! Noteworthy details: Very racist and will only accommodate their white guests. Was told we smoked in the hotel and I dont even smoke
