Gap

Disappointed in the GAP return policy and how it was relayed by the manager. As a retired teacher grandmother, I shop sales for my grandchildrens birthdays. I was out of the 30 day window to return or exchange. The sizes I needed to exchange were in store. The manager curtly reprimanded me for not being aware of the policy. But, let me do it, this one time. He condescendingly said. Also, its not like the items were seasonal. They were summer clothes. Easily resold. Now, I am aware of the policy and it will affect my purchasing. Its sad, because I do like the childrens clothing.

We've just successfuly completed our children's picture wardrobe and I want to recognize the younger long-haired male employee's patience and professionalism in processing a dozen or so returns from half a dozen in-store, held, and online orders. I didn't have a single receipt and through a combination of CC#, phone, and email address he was able to work through the pile. We always end up getting the outfits that matter from the Gap!
