This is most unfriendly, snobby store I have ever been into. I was looking at the jewelry cases forever and no one came over. I was actually very interested in buying something but the ladies working there were too busy doing stupid tasks that they couldnt see I needed any help. Rude rude all around

I went into the Leawood, KS store on December 10, 2023 and it has to have been the most disappointing customer service experience I have had in a long time. I was ready to check out and the woman next to the counter was chatting with someone she clearly knew. I stood there for about five minutes before she acknowledged me from her conversation and said someone would be right with me. Another associate was bustling behind the counter and I honestly thought she must not have been trained to run a register because she also did not acknowledge me. She was doing other things, at least and the only one of the associates in the store not holding personal conversations, which was made clear from the topics they were discussing. I worked high end retail, part time for over 12 years. I find it difficult to believe that this is the impression Sundance wants their customers to leave with. Unfortunately, it is experiences like this that are making brick and mortar stores more obsolete. I can order online without having to deal with people or being made to feel invisible.
