        Had I known 3 months ago this facility was NOT a part of my PPO network. I would have chosen a different facility. It would have been nice to inform me before I established care with a physician (who IS in my PPO network) there. Everyone is pleasant and professional, the facility is well cared for and clean. I just can't afford to be seen there.
