NexGen completed two bathroom remodels for us and we couldn't be happier! We loved working with them all, but especially Jeremy. He is the ultimate professional, extremely focused, and takes every aspect of the job to heart. He is like family to us and we will miss having him around. Also, a shout out to Joe. Even though he was just starting out with NexGen, he jumped right in and started working like a pro! Thank you all for a job well done!

NextGen Remodeling recently completed a major renovation of my home. This four month plus project involved some amount of work, large and small, that touched every room in the house. When I decided it was time to get all these renovations done, I wanted to find a company that would take charge of all aspects of the job. They would help with design, find the right materials, find the appropriate trade partners and oversee all installations. My inexperience meant I would need to trust what an unknown source.
I could not have made a better choice than NextGen. Five Stars across the board. My thanks to Taylor and Audrey for their help in putting together the design plan and choosing materials. Andrew and Daniel were a pleasure to work with on a daily basis, throughout the project. Everyone went out of their way to keep my personal inconveniences to a minimum. They were excellent at consulting me on even the smallest details every step of the way. They were patient in answering my many questions and open to any suggestions I had. They have been diligent in clearing those few touch ups and corrections that came after the major project has been completed. They have obviously developed a strong relationship with their trade partners because those people extended to me the same courtesies and expertise.
My thanks to everyone at NextGen. I highly recommend this company and wish them great success in their future.

Edit: My accountant (aka spouse) also wanted me to add that our estimated budget and final cost were very close. They did a great job anticipating and communicating project needs.
We absolutely LOVED working with NextGen at all parts of the project. They took into consideration the bigger space changes we needed and were able to bring ideas to us that we hadn't even considered. They finished on time (or ahead) and we loved how they cleaned up their space completely each day - it really made it feel less like a construction site. We have also had a few smaller follow-ups and they were very responsive to any questions we had. Although everyone was great to work with, Jon was the one here each day and he did a wonderful job keeping everything on track! If we have any other remodel areas we will absolutely be using NextGen again!
We did 2 bathrooms (one included a shower extension) and our entire downstairs with a focus on the kitchen.

The Next Gen team was amazing! They were on time, on budget, and kept it clean. Austin kept us informed throughout the process, and gave us the speak easy basement we dreamed of. We appreciate the whole team including Cort and Dawson who were critical to the quality work that was delivered.

The entire NextGen team was a pleasure to work with. First with Alex and the initial review of our space. It was clear from this first interaction that this company put customer service first. Then Taylor and Rosa came in with a design plan, but really listened and made some changes to accommodate our 'wish list'. The materials Rosa guided us to select were perfect for our taste. Daniel provided the detailed plan so we would know what to expect. I know there was a lot of coordination in the background of ordering materials and scheduling contractors (where needed), etc. And then Jeremy came in and made it all happen. Every day we were kept up to speed on progress and next steps. Jeremy was always very respectful of our space, including cleaning up each day. We love our new master bathroom. I feel like I'm in a completely different space, even though the floor plan didn't really change. Check out the before and after pics.
NextGen will be the company we call again for our next project.
Update January 2024: We called NextGen for a kitchen refresh. We knew we would only want to go with NextGen for this project after our positive experience with our master bath remodel. The kitchen refresh included new countertops, backsplash, sink and painting the island. Alex, Daniel, Audrey and Jeremy made sure this was another positive experience. In less than 2 weeks our kitchen was transformed to a lighter, more airy space, even though we maintained our existing cabinets. Definitely recommend NextGen for any home remodeling needs.
