Got a very competitive quote, gave them a 50% deposit.  It took over 4 weeks to start the project, but then did half the demo before not showing up and eventually not returning calls.  I've started the process to hire new contractors and very disappointed.

This company and these guys defrauded us to the tune of $15,000. If you live at Lake Quivira, never do business with them as they have ripped off many homeowners. There are many other options for seawall and docksite work. I gave them a 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

Edit: I wrote the below paragraph after Jeremy came to our house to patch up a hole a few months ago. After that, we scheduled him to come back and tuck point our chimney. He didnt show up or respond to let us know he had to cancel on two different days when he was scheduled to be there, and then showed up at 6:30pm the night we told him during the day we were going to use someone else. He went to the side of the house and started without checking in with us. He said he was going to tuck point the entire chimney that night and worked until after 10:30pm. It seems like its okay work, but he left a caulk container on our roof. My husband recently discovered that the hole he patched on our foundation is completely hollow and there is still air and sunlight coming in through the wall. I would recommend being careful hiring him after all of this. Jeremy was prompt, fair, and worked diligently. He patched up a hole in our stone foundation. It looked great, matched with the rest of our house, and he was fair with pricing. I would recommend him to others and we plan to hire him again to do more work to our house.
