We leased a house from Premiere for the past year and overall its been a positive experience. Management has always been respectful and maintenance requests have generally been quickly addressed.

I recently found out that all 3 of the apartments in my building have the same locks and all of our keys open ALL of the apartments here! I brought it to their attention early today and it seems that they could not care less! They offered to get someone out here on Monday or Tuesday! UNACCEPTABLE! This is highly illegal and a very serious safety issue! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!

My son and family lives in one of these properties for 3 months and it has been a nightmare. Every month its an issue from the AC not working and now the sub pump has gone out in the basement.

I rarely post reviews but I felt it necessary! I have worked with a lot of property management companies before and Premiere Property has proven to be different and a great experience! My elderly aunt lives in a community from Premiere Property and every time I have reached out to Kelli with maintenance requests or anything for that matter, and I have received prompt responses and the requests always completed quickly. I can feel confident that my requests will be done and without having to follow up. Its made helping my aunt so much easier and Im very happy about that! If you are looking to work with a professional company, go to Premiere Property!
