Community Association Management

Ive found CAM to be incredibly knowledgeable about a wide range of HOA issues and very responsive. As an HOA board member CAM has taken on a wide range of projects from replacing all the mailboxes in our HOA of more than 500 homes to dealing with landscaping and legal issues and handling all of our financials. I feel like we have a trusted and valued partnership with them.

Constant communication issues, power shut off twice at the club house. Main contact treats each issue like a burden and shows no ownership or proactive engagement to improve the relationship. Sent an email almost a month ago, and a follow up last week and have yet to receive a reply. SOP for this company over the last 2.5 years of the relationship. If you are in control of your HOA - management company, look else where (the decision stands with our developer at the moment).

Our HOA pays This organization to manage our clubhouse rentals etc. Both times I have tried to rent The clubhouse I have had countless attempts without a return. Most recently I emailed our contact 4 times in regards to a rental- Still to this day with no response. Or than adding fees, without doing any work of what an Property management company should do (like negotiations of trash prices etc) I am not sure what they bring to the table.
