Scam artist. Took money up front for a tattoo and never got back to me, after many texts. Come to find out, she changed her number. Then she moved to Florida. She burned many people in my town this way. Beware.

Bailey is crazy talented and has an uncanny ability to take my thoughts or ideas, or even just describing emotion, and create stunning art from them. I cant say enough good things about her creativity and talent. And shes an amazingly sweet and funny person too, so the experience is always top notch. Definitely will continue to come back here!
