Such a peaceful and beautiful place. My friend and I had a crochet retreat and could easily see thus place for a scrapbooking weekend or a women's retreat. Lovely rooms, lots of sitting areas, charming country decor. Barb is delightful-- a great cook, gives you privacy but there if you need her. We sat and watched the oak trees move in the wind from our sheltered deck while drinking our morning tea-- bliss.

We stayed in July 2022. Nice, quite, peaceful environment. Breakfast was the best, personally served by the owner. The property needs updating with a air conditioning unit for upper level housing that cools more efficiently. Outside paint is needed, decking treated and repaired. I personally would love to own and manage it. I do recommend it to anyone who wants to get away; it is a hidden gem.

Beautiful BnB! We were the only guests at the time, but the whole house and the area is quiet and lovely. Owner told us that it was built to be a ministers retreat before her husband passed. Now she runs it as a standard BnB. We had some issues with the AC in our rooms, but we let her know so that it could get serviced before the summer season. She makes delicious food, and is very eager to please. Would definitely visit again!
