VIP Cleaners

My wife and I were looking for a dry cleaner that could remove some adhesive off of the sleeves of her sweater after Pride Cleaners melted the decorations on the sleeves.. This shop was recommended to us by Oak Park Cleaners, who said they couldn't do the job. We no more than entered the shop and had said 4 words before the gentleman working at the shop got very rude with us and made us feel like we were being kicked out of his shop. We definitely recommend that you find somewhere else to do your dry cleaning unless being verbally assaulted is your thing. P.S. The one star rating is probably too generous for this bah-humbug shop, but that was the closest option.

I have been taking my garments to this cleaners for years. Primarily due to the convenience of the location. The owner is repeatedly rude to me if I have any questions. I've tried to overlook this because his English is limited. Today he was so rude as I calmly asked about his cleaning process. He is tired of his business and has NO patience with his public. Not acceptable. Do not patronize this business.

I will never visit this cleaners again.. They destroyed a brand new pair of pants.. I specifically asked for dry cleaning and they laundered my pants and when I picked up a perfect pair of jeans they were faded and not like I left them.. terrible customer service and I will never return..
