        Not the best experience here. I dropped my wedding dress off in late June and was told it would be about a month. I was also quoted $180 for the cleaning. After many calls back and forth, there were delays due to many dresses being dropped off at the same time and there was misunderstanding in what I was wanting. I wasnt in a hurry because my wedding happened. I just wanted my dress cleaned. I just picked it up almost 2.5 months after I dropped it off. My dress looks better, but there are still stains on it, which is disappointing. I also had to pay more than I was quoted in June. I appreciate taking the time to work on wedding dresses due to their delicacy, but this wasnt the experience I was hoping for. Service: Wedding gown cleaning

      Thanks for the review! Our wedding dresses start at $200.00 which is a lot cheaper than any other cleaners in the area. Also we tried our best to get the stains out but not all stains are guaranteed to come out so I apologize if you weren't satisfied. Wedding dresses are very delicate so we had to take our time on it. Which you said it was ok. Anyways either way we apologize if you weren't satisfied. I hope we can make it up to you in the future! Thanks for your business!
