Completely unacceptable. My husband went here to do a wire transfer that should've taken all of 3 minutes for them to do. And were turned away since they are 40 minutes from closing and didn't have time. 40 MINUTES!!!! Then told we could do it online, but we let them know we are unable to due to our account. They told us to come back the next day because they couldn't do it. How does a bank not allow you to wire your own funds? Obviously we would've done online if it had've worked. I've never heard of "making an appointment" to send a wire. What is this? Walmart western union? Horrible customer service and we will not be returning. shame. Whoever the "foreign" lady was there (didn't get her name) was the one he spoke to. Get it together

Poor service, no customer oriented and bad energy from employees. I had been a customer for more than 20 years and I have all my earnings and deposits there and I am considered a preferred customer but when I really needed assistance or guidance from them, they never have the time for me. Today I had an appointment, because you have to make appointments now, for a notary service and when I got there, they sent me to UPS to take care of it, instead, I went to Capital Federal and without having an account with them, they talked to me without an appointment, they took the time to look at my papers and guide me on what to do. Immediately I opened a checking account there and plan to transfer my money with them. I feel better doing business with people that cares
