Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Very nice new location. Much better than the spot they had down the street.

It was the best place I visited today, they were really very polite and helpful people, they helped me even outside working hours, especially the lady Eve Ballasteros, she was very helpful, I thank her very much.

I would have given them a zero, customer serviceis not the priority. I call 25 times over the span of 40 minutes. Just to ask a question. And not one time did someone pick up the phone. It would ring about 6 times. Then it would tell me that all employees are busy helping other customers. And after that asked if i wanted to go back to the main menu or just hang up on me. While repeatedly calling I decided to drive up there. To my surprise, I find 4 employees sitting at the front desk talking. And I decided to hang up and call again while I was in the middle of the bank. I heard no phone ring. When I asked do you guys answer the phones around here or is it a bank policy to not answer them. An employee replied we would if someone were at a desk. I took note of 4 offices with employees in them typing but not on the phone while I was currently waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Crazy
