Olathe Health Urgent Care - Arbor Creek

I pulled a muscle in my ribs on New Years Eve, a Sunday, and needed to see a doctor. The check-in process was so smooth and efficient. I had hardly waited a few minutes when I was called in. Amanda took care of me - very grateful to her for reassuring me that it was a muscle pull, and for prescribing OTC medications. Id highly recommend this Urgent Care.

They have very knowledgeable providers. Our daughter had a viral infection and was seen by Antonio yesterday. I couldnt read the title on his batch but Im sure hes a nurse practitioner. He did an awesome job and weve seen meaningful improvement since yesterday. I wont hesitate to go there or take my family member there.

UPDATE NOV 23 - Please, if it will take more than an hour in the waiting room for urgent care, please let me know when I check in, or better yet post a sign. OLDER - Very compassionate and professional group - I went in for a severe sore throat, thinking I might have COVID. After a negative test, the provider correctly diagnosed allergies and explained how to properly use OTC meds. I felt better by the next day.

Came down with a bad cold and was extremely short of breath. I was taken care of fast. I have been to the Blackfoot olathe health urgent care and they are awful. However, here at arbor creek, each time ive been here i had been taken care of fast and treated with actual care. Sarah was amazing my last visit. She listened and prescribed me medicine and Im feeling better already. Everyone here is so kind which is so amazing when you are feeling so weak and vulnerable. Thank you to everyone at this location. You rock!
