Olathe Health Urgent Care - College Point

I did a walk in because I had another sinus infection and would need medicine. They asked if I would take a covid test and I said sure. She said it would take 15 minutes and asked if I would like some water. I said yes. (No water) 35 minutes later I opened the door to see what was going on. Several workers were all in the office area laughing and having a great time. One asked me if I needed anything? I said I was waiting for someone to return to me. She said they were very busy and I was next. A total of 50 minutes the NP came in. I asked her why I had to wait that long? She said she had just received the results. Got my prescription and I won't be going back there.

As a long time asthma sufferer and coming to the urgent care I had gone in because my inhaler was empty and my doctor was booked and it was the Thursday before Christmas . The urgent care doctor made it seem like I was just there to get narcotics. I never once insinuated, asked, or implied that I was there for narcotics. I was simply there per my doctors request to get an X-ray of my lungs and an albuterol inhaler refill. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I felt extremely unwelcome and it was not a good experience. I have had asthma my whole life and did not appreciate being treated like I was abusing the system.

Had the best care possible. Everyone from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was wonderful. Best Urgent care will definitely make this my go to.

I went there TWICE for the same issue!!! Both times they didnt help. The first time they flushed my ear with water (Which come to find out thats the WORST thing you can do for an ear infection). The second time, the lady Doctor that I couldnt understand what she was saying , didnt give my infected ear a second look. She just gave me a prescription. I went to an ENT and he laughed and said WHO gave you this medicine?! Its useless for your ear infection . So this place had me taking a big horse pill for NO reason!! The front staff was Great, the Doctors Suck!!! Drive a little further for a Real Urgent Care that will ACTUALLY help!!! Came back with my Nephew, we waited in the room for 35mins, with only 2 people in the the room, then she asks me Which one of you are the boy?! . Ridiculous!!
