        Over the course of my life, I have run across some really poorly run businesses. While this U-Haul Rental isn't the worst one I've been to, it's in the team picture. I waited 15 minutes in line. Why? I have no idea. The guy in front of me was apparently buying a house or something. When I finally got to the counter, I was told, oh, you're filling a propane tank? I'll be out there as soon as I can. Literally half an hour later, the guy comes out. It took 2 minutes to fill and pay for. It's not like they were inundated with customers. I have no idea what they were doing in there. The only plus was the guy who filled the tank was cool. Without him, I wouldn't have given them even the one star.
