Room was very clean
TV, fridge, microwave, including TV remote all worked.
Quiet environment for sleeping, did not hear other guests.
Check in process at front desk was quick and efficient.

For what it offers it should be cheaper. And the free breakfast is just some bread, donuts and the waffle did not taste good, I do not recommend that you count on their "Breakfast"

The room sucked. My husband and I came to Olathe to relax, on our way to the heart of kansas city. We haven't traveled that much so didn't know anything about the ins and outs of booking a hotel. When we got to Olathe everyone here jacked their prices up by $40. We had to pick the best we could without blowing our budget. We settled here but there was no way we could relax. The bed was sooooo hard that we couldn't get comfortable. It was like sleeping on the floor. My husband said he would have been more comfortable in the car. WARNING: DONT STAY IN ROOM 111. We are pretty sure they are all the same though.
Rooms: They suck!!!

Excellent hotels
