First off there was not anyone at the desk upon arrival. Just a note the said to to push button to ring the phone. Upon pressing the button the phone was setting behind the desk so this was a waste of time. When someone finally showed up she acted like we was interrupting her. The place is under renovation and was a mess but that expected under the circumstances. Get better help at the desk and finish the renovation and all will be great

A friend was had her bachelorette party here and when other guests complained about us being too loud (we had just gotten back from the casino and had only been there for 10 minutes) the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate us. They allowed us to use place where we could be as loud as we wanted without disturbing other guests. Definitely would stay here again.

My favorite place to stay in Olathe, very clean. Although massive construction the last two visits but worth the quality of the room, front desk needs some help with customer service techniques, bit hats off to the maids for a job WELL done.

1st it would have been nice to know the hotel was going to be messy due to renovations. 2nd the housekeepers could do their work in 1/2 the time if they stayed off their cell phones. Location is good right off interstate with all necessity business around it. Ex....Target, Aldi grocery store, gas station and restaurants.
