        Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never do any business with any Wells Fargo branch ever again. Too many bad experiences to count.

        Wells Fargo has closed so many branches and reduced their hours to the point that the only time I can cash a check without taking time off of work is on Saturday mornings. Tonight, I spent an extra hour getting home to drive all the way to Olathe only to find out that they have changed their closing time from 6 pm to 5 pm on weekdays. Here's an idea. How about updating your hours on google so it doesn't say your open until 6? Crazy right? Other customers had the same problem I did and they weren't happy about it either. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and gas money. Booooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
