After 10 years of doing business with this bank as a commercial business they went from being amazing to worthless. Here is one of many examples of how they operate, I moved all my personal accounts and business accounts to Marquette farmers bank due to their terrible service, inability to understand small business financials and in general inability to make anything happen without making you spend tons of time getting them tons of paperwork then they can't give you an answer and have to go to numerous meetings ect. At this point, they have a blanket UCC on all my personal and business assets because I termed out a 15k note when I cleared everything out, they will not release a personal cars title lien without statements / balance sheets / pl and so on. They can't just attach one of my quarter million dollars in equipment to it or even use another car my other LLC owns ect. Its absurd and a complete overreach, I have family that used to use them for their business ect but after stan smith retired from there it has just gone to hell.
