Please avoid this bank at ALL COSTS because they LIE to you, will not work with you and WILL HOLD YOUR ACCOUNTS HOSTAGE! My boyfriend has been in numerous times to have his IRA account moved to another bank and they continue to find every excuse in the book not to release his account. My boyfriend has even spoken to a former lawyer NOW JUDGE and even he said that they cannot do that. He has contacted the Branch Manager and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! All he wants is for his account to be released.

I kinda thought it was just talk. But now I do believe that they actually believe it and work to do these things.
Well I moved my money into their bank, that should say something.

After 10 years of doing business with this bank as a commercial client, they went from being amazing to worthless. Here is one of many examples of how they operate: I moved all my personal and business accounts to Marquette Farmers Bank due to their terrible service, inability to understand small business finances, and general incapacity to make anything happen without requiring you to spend a great deal of time providing them with an excessive amount of paperwork. Then, they can't give you an answer and have to attend numerous meetings, etc. At this point, they have a blanket UCC on all my personal and business assets because I termed out a $15,000 operating line when I cleared everything out. They will not release the lien on my personal car's title without statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and so on. They can't merely attach one of my pieces of equipment, valued at a quarter million dollars, or even use another car owned by my other LLC. It's absurd and a complete overreach because guess what, they already have all that as collateral from the UCC filing. I have family that used to patronize them for their business. However, since Stan Smith retired, the quality of service has severely declined.
