Car started acting funny on a trip here visiting family. They took my car in no issues and did an extensive check to make sure they missed nothing. Great customer service and very informative staff.

This place is terribly slow and over scheduled. Their system had my appointment at a different time than I was given. Then took them much longer than anywhere else to complete basic tire maintenance. Very full waiting room and everyone was there for an extended period. Ill go elsewhere next time.

I scheduled an alignment on a Chevy 2500 truck. After almost 2 hours of waiting they tell me it's close but their machine has been broken for months and cannot complete the job. I took time off of work to come to your establishment to pay you too do a job you said you could do, knowing the equipment didn't work. Why is it acceptable for me to pay you to guess on my alignment? I can do that for free at home. Why was this appointment accepted on your end knowing the equipment didn't work? I did not pay on this visit since I received my vehicle in worse shape than it went in. But now I have had to take more time off of work to have this finished at another shop. All while driving on new tires, thanks Firestone

Service was done great, I am up here for college so normally when I go home my dad is a mechanic and does a lot of my services at home. He drove up here because I was told my breaks were horrible and not to drive on them back home or on the highway at all until they were changed. Breaks cost about 20-40$ each pad. Firestone wanted to charge $460 for front. And $460 again for back, yeah no, So instead my dad drove up and changed them and come to find out my breaks werent even bad at all. They had months still left on them, Super disappointed and was a waste of time, will not be back to the Manhattan location.
