        Very rude customer service. Never go to this one I'm a regular at derby and maize firestone for a reason. This location is unkind and bare minimum effort for the customer needs mindset. Will be going to my regular firestones for now on. Just tried this one out because I moved closer to this location and had high hopes. So sad .

        03/12/2024 - Scheduling by phone was convenient with accurate price estimate. Service representative was courteous and helpful. Check in was easy with service representative confirming appointment needs and pricing. Tire service was completed efficiently with care of my tires/wheels. I definitely recommend this Firestone Service Center. Thank you.
